New Windows7 theme – Win7-Shine v1.4

Very nice and stylish Windows 7 theme called “Shine”. This theme featured many new stuff like , new search background, new start button, news system tray back, new details pane, news scrollbar, new download progress bar and a lots of new details.

How to install?

1. Download Universal Theme Patcher. Run in it Administrative mode (right-click > “Run as administrator”)

UAC must be turned off.
After applying a patch, restart your computer.

2. Extract contents from the .zip (Win7-Shine.theme & Win7-Shine folder) into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
and double-click on Win7-Shine.theme
Then restart to make sure everything works properly.

If you experiencing any weird bug in superbar buttons (only x86 users) then install the theme in the x64 folder
